Currently the following governments are considering bans on Internal-Combustion-Engine vehicles which would discourage the production of renewable fuels while forcing use of high cost electrification.
EVs would require a complete rebuild of the electrical infrastructure not only for peak power periods but for times of intermittent generation and our dependence on rare earth mineral mining for battery production. Zero carbon power sources such as nuclear produce radioactive waste while solar and wind have a large surface area footprint and high carbon battery dependence.
Renewable crude derived energy provides a solution to carbon balance the existing transportation fleet however the production of these fuels will be discouraged by these bans.
Consider signing our petition here asking for these bans to be restricted to fossil fuels as opposed to ICE engines.
