On the 28th of January 2021, the NextGenRoadFuels held a dissemination conference with great affluence and engagement of participants. In fact, at the first session 282 unique viewers were present and in the second session 258 unique viewers showed up. The premium line up of speakers addressed several aspects and topics having as a pivot the HTL technology such as policy outlook, technology scale up and market uptake.

NextGenRoadFuels is a Horizon 2020 project to develop a competitive European technology platform for sustainable liquid fuel production.

The project will prove the Hydrothermal Liquefaction pathway (HTL) as an efficient route to produce high-volume, cost-competitive, drop-in synthetic gasoline and diesel fuels, as well as other hydrocarbon compounds.
